To register a player and run the season we collect the player's name, grade, date of birth, school and any medical notes you choose to share, along with a parent or guardian's name, email, phone and address. Coaches provide a name, email and phone.
Only to run the league — forming teams, publishing schedules and rosters to your team, contacting families about games and practices, and processing registration payments. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Club administrators and commissioners see registration data for their divisions. Your child's name and jersey number are visible to families on the same team once rosters are published. Medical notes are visible only to administrators and your child's coach.
Payments are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers — we never see or store card numbers. Email is delivered by Postmark. Both act as our processors.
Accounts belong to parents and guardians, not to children. Players do not sign in. We collect a child's information only from the registering adult.
We keep registration records to run the club season to season. Ask us to correct or delete your family's information and we will, except where we must keep a payment record.
